This was our first time using Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical, but, it certainly will not be the last. We absolutely loved our technician Tom. As soon as he left I called Maureen at their office and told her he was the best plumber we ever had. He showed up early and did a beautiful job. He explained everything to us. He wanted to wear those shoe booties, even though I told him he didn't have to. He really went above and beyond. He was just super great. We would not only use them again but if we had another plumbing problem we would ask specifically for Tom. We did use another company for our heating and cooling needs until their technician came out and turned on a pipe that was frozen and it burst. That's when we went to the phone book and found Lancaster Plumbing. Tom fixed what the other guy broke. He actually did two jobs for us. He also looked at a sump pump that had been making a lot of noise. He fixed that too. From now on, any issues we have with heating, plumbing, or electrical, we are calling Lancaster. We are not even going to look anywhere else.
