Replace gas relief valve
On 1.31.17, Jim efficiently replaced a gas relief valve which was not keeping the temperature of the hot water at a recommended level. This defect was discovered after a previous inspection which resulted in the fittings being replaced because of calcium deposits at connections. The part was on warranty, but the labor was not. This replacement seemed to fix the problem.
