Mark was thorough, honest and went the extra mile during his routine inspection and cleaning of my A/C unit. During this visit he discovered a gas leak in my home which very likely could have caused a disaster. He came out the very next day and cheerfully fixed the problem. I am so happy that I called Lancaster plumbing and Heating and met Mark. What a great decision and a fateful coincidence it became. Thanks for all your help!
