From the beginning to the end Absolute Carpet Care was always on top of things. They provided very personal service when I called to get a quote. The estimator who came by was very helpful and very clear on what they could do and could not do. He even did a test patch on some tile so I could see how it would look. In the end I was very pleased with the results, it looked very good. The price was as expected, probably reasonable. It was not cheap, but reasonable. I would totally recommend them because they were upfront about what they could do. The coverage was better than I expected actually, although there were a couple places they let me know they wouldn't be able to get the stains completely out. They were just very honest and did a great job setting expectations.
