Excellent service and follow up
Service was on a unit purchased two years ago and roof installed. Scheduled an appointment and found out there was a recall on the unit with a possible fix with service. If the fix did not work there would be a replacement. Entire endeavor was no charge. The service personnel were on time and explained everything.
