I can see why they're so busy!
I had to wait 10 days for an appointment but, since it wasn't an emergency, that was ok. The HVAC tech was due between noon-3pm. He called at 1pm, saying he was 10 minutes away, which is much appreciated if you have dogs. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and left zero mess. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will definitely use them for all my heating ans A/C needs.
