I bought a furnace and it began to have problems. When I contacted them they came fairly quickly but there were times in the past where they missed obvious things. One day I went down stairs and I noticed the filter was not wired up correctly, so I realized they had failed to complete this simple step. They came in and cleaned my unit so when they do what they are supposed to do they are a fair company to deal with.
