This was the first time I used Superior Door Service, Inc. I called another door company first, and they were rude to me, and could not get me off the phone fast enough. They basically just hung up on me, It was totally different at Superior. Mike, the owner, took the time to talk to me, and he treated me like a human being. He listened to me, and addressed my concerns. His door tech, Dave, came out to my home promptly, and looked at my beams which were out, and got right to work. He was very professional, and he knew exactly what he was doing. And, the price was very reasonable. I am older, and I think that good customer service is a lost art, and that too many younger people have little idea how to do anything without consulting their smart phone. But not at Superior Door Service, Inc. They were knowledgeable, and friendly, and such a pleasant company to work with! They are a great company, and I can sum up my experience with them in three words - Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
