This was the first time we used Metro Flooring and we were completely remodeling our upstairs area. We had scheduled them several months in advance because we had several companies doing several projects for us, but we needed the carpeting installed first. They were late getting to us because of another job they were finishing up, and so that put them behind on our job. They wanted to come back another day to finish, but we had the baseboard guy coming the very next day. We needed it done that day and they seemed to keep trying to reschedule. I had to finally call someone and say that this was not right. This is exactly why we booked them so far in advance. Well, whoever I spoke with on the phone made it happen. They kept a technician behind with us to finish up, and he did a great job. Overall, everything was completed, but it was a bit of a hassle. I am still happy with the job they did and would still recommend them!
