This was my first time using Metro Flooring. The whole sales process is very easy to deal with. It is very low maintenance. We had issues with the quality of carpet. Metro Flooring is currently working with the manufacturer on this issue, and they are covering getting it replaced. Everyone is professional, on time, thorough, and courteous. All appointments are always on time. The installation was completed in a timely manner. The salesman was great. I would highly recommend Metro Flooring.
