The purchase and installation with Metro Flooring was smooth and everything went fine. However, I ended up having an issue with the carpet going down the stairs stretching out. It had only been a couple of months since the installation and it was already stretching. I called and called to get somebody to come out, and they kept telling me they would send somebody out but they never did. I ended up selling the house before they were able to get somebody out. Other than that, it was good. Their prices were competitive and the purchase and installation process and simple, straightforward, and typical.
