If you have to get new floors done, use Metro.
Metro Flooring redid our floors of the entire house, which is about 2800 square feet. There was carpet upstairs and tile and hardwood downstairs and it all came out beautifully. They also had the guy who did the tile come in on a separate job and he came to replace the tile around the fireplace to match the other tile in the house and the baseboards came out wonderful.
The workers were courteous, timely and had an excellent skill set.
For having my house torn up it was a pleasant experience.
