We have a combination of hardwood flooring and carpet in our house. We decided to replace the twenty-year-old carpet with a better brand of carpet but in the same color. The lady we worked with at Metro Flooring was very good at helping us identify the color we already had. She also recommended going with an upgraded pet pad since we have dogs. The installers did a great job moving things carefully without damaging any of the walls or furniture. When they were done, there was very little scrap leftover, which indicated that they measured very well. I only have one small gripe. I wish the seam were put in a different place in the living room. I am very picky about details and am sure I am the only one who will ever notice it. But after spending ten thousand dollars on new carpet I expect extra attention to detail. Otherwise, we are very happy with the job done by Metro Flooring. We've used some other companies in the past and our experience with Metro Flooring was better than the others.
