Metro Flooring measured, installed on time, and they even followed up a few times. They installed Karastan carpet. We just moved here a couple of weeks ago. And the house already had Karastan except for two rooms. So we just completed the house with it. This was our first time using them. But we will use them again because making an appointment was easy. They were also easy to work with. Cynthia was our salesperson. She was very easy to work with. Plus she was polite and courteous. And the installers were respectful of our home. We would absolutely recommend Metro Flooring to our family and friends.
