I had an overall good experience with Metro Flooring. They installed vinyl flooring for me. The salespeople and office were great. I had no problems with them, but there was a small complication with the installation. There was a small air pocket under the vinyl and the installers came back three times after the installation to fix the issue, but they needed to tear up the flooring in order to completely fix it. I did not want that to happen, so the problem still exists. It is not a major issue, but it is a little annoying. The installers were professional and courteous. My overall experience was good enough that I would use them again in the future and recommend them.
