We were very happy with Metro Flooring. The sales guy was great. The customer service was efficient. He came out the next day to measure. The product came in as they promised so the timing was good.

The guy who installed the tile was really nice. The tile wasn't as flush as I'd hoped it would be so I called him back. He had no problem coming back to fix the problem. I have no experience with tile installation, so I don't know how flush it's supposed to be or can be, so I don't mean to be negative or anything. It was a really great experience, and everyone there was very happy and addressed my concerns with no problem and always provided great service.
