It was okay. They laid the carpet. As far as the customer service, it was fine. I had problems with the products though.
It was good. I mean, Metro Flooring did three different things: hardwood, carpeting, and trim. I had different issues with each thing, but if it's just about the customer service and people, everything's fine.
