Helpful salesperson.
I can't remember the salesperson's name, but he was good. He was very helpful and took care of some issues we had with the hardwood. The installation was good. I think the only issue I had was the transition pieces they said matched the flooring didn't match at all, so we had to stain them, and it's still just OK.
