Not being sure of what we wanted relative to tiles, Michael Griffin showed incredible patience. He was a very good listener and together we found exactly what we were looking for. No hard sell. From the outset Metro Flooring provided us with outstanding service as did their install crews. We now have a great looking tiled floor kitchen. As return customers it is great to know that in today's normal, great customer service still exists.We will continue to use them for all our future flooring needs.
