After reading the reviews on here, we felt confident in calling this company and having our water heater replaced. I will say that in over 30 years of home ownership this was the worst experience with a company that we have ever had. The work was satisfactory but the employee sent to do the work was late, condescending and rude when asked questions, and argued with myself and my husband when we asked why he couldn't give us a break down on the cost. I also asked what type of water heater, his reply was "should be" a .... Well, sorry but if I am paying you $2,500 then the answer I would like is "Will be". I have never had a service person treat me as this gentleman did and especially not in my own home. I would just advise caution when using this company and if a service person from here walks into your home with an attitude, by all means call and ask for someone else.
