we cannot think or say how the finished service could have been better.
From beginning to end the service was excellent:
1) they called the day of service and said what time they would be here and were prompt.
2) each step of the process was completed without rush
and the cleaning results were amazing
3) the brushing of the rugs indicated a pride of workmanship. It gave it the additional "new look".
