On September 2nd, Duran came as scheduled, even earlier. He was wonderful, professional and informative, overall a great experience with an extremely nice man who knows his profession well.

We were to have received a proposal within 5 business days (they work on Saturday but I am not counting that as a business day). On the 5th business day (a Thursday,) at 5:15p, we received a phone call they were backed up on proposals and we'd receive ours the next day or Saturday. Nothing was received. I waited until later on Monday afternoon and when we'd heard nothing, emailed our disappointment at their not meeting their commitment to us and asked for a refund. It was a reflection on the poor service that could await us. We were told the check would be sent to us. We received nothing so I emailed again and was advised the check was going out on the 23rd. Today is the 28th....we're still waiting.
