This was my first experience with Dri-Way Carpet & Upholstery Care. I purchased a new home, and the previous owners were smokers. So, I had the walls repainted, and the carpets cleaned by another company. I was still not entirely satisfied with the carpets, so I called Dri-Way Carpet. The gentleman who came out was very friendly, and also very honest and upfront with me. He told me that he might not be able to get any lower into the carpet than the first company, and he wanted me to know in advance that he could not guarantee it would smell any better. I really appreciated that honesty. I told him to go ahead with the cleaning, and when he finished, it worked! The carpets smell great, and I am really happy!
