From the beginning, when we went to get the equipment, the staff at Audio-Video Synergy Inc. was patient and returned all our phone calls. We had a problems with the cabinet order which was clearly not their fault. But, they were ready to be there if any glitches came along. They were also very patient explaining their knowledge about new technology to us, since we're not as savvy about technical issues. They were very accommodating and particularly patient with us seniors. They have been extraordinarily good. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.They really deserve the high marks; most businesses don't operate they way they do with the customer service they have!
