They're very knowledge about the products they sell. They are very accommodating; we were having a party in a couple days and jumped through hoops so we could have speakers. We've purchased a lot from them and the owner knows his business. I am never going anywhere else. There are a lot of schmucks in the A/V industry but they know exactly what they are doing!
