Called Friday at 2 p.m. John was there in about 2 hours and had the parts and quickly fixed the unit. A couple of hours later a completely unrelated problem happened with the air handler and John was there fist thing in the morning and got us up and running. John was very professional, knowledgeable and we are very grateful. Talia was terrific communicating with us the entire time. Thanks again!
