They sold me a product they never had.

Bought tiles on feb 27, web site said "on stock next day shipping", after I paid for my invoice they send me an email to let me know that tiles will "come in" next Monday, call back next Monday and they told me "trcuk did not come in", I need the tiles for that week end and had to go out and get something else from local bussines.

We told Mr. Alegre that the product that he wanted to purchase was due into our warehouse on the following Monday. Due to an sudden blizzard that hit the midwest the end of February the shipment was delayed a couple of days. Dan Kahn the owner of Floors To Your Home personally called Mr. Alegre and apologized for his inconvenience and offered him a discount on the purchase and any future purchase he may consider with Floors To Your Home. We take great pride in our fast shipping and excellent customer service but we were not expecting a delay with the material due to the weather.
