The main reason I chose Lindholm Roofing was because they were backed by WGM and because my friends had good experiences with them. They have also been open over 50 years, and their reputation precedes them. But the gentleman that came over to my house did not speak to that. It was not a bad experience, but it was not a great experience either. There were many unknowns that I was expecting him to answer, and either he knew the answers and didn't tell me, or he didn't know the answers and never got back to me when and if he found them.

There is room for improvement, but it was not a total disaster. The product was fantastic! In terms of roofing, I've never had one done before. I didn't know that they wouldn't know how much plywood was needed until the tear off. They should alert the consumer about what is needed, just as a courtesy. An itemized bill at the end would have been nice, but more importantly I should have gotten a phone call about it before it was done. It's not like it was a $500 job, it was an $11,000 job, a very, very big job, and I would have appreciated being better informed.
