Making a purchase from their website I looked to see if I could ship via po box, there was nothing stating I could not and in fact let me put the order through. Three days later I find out the wont allow it, and now my order is delayed a week more!

The game is that they are very aware that people order and ship to a po box, i am sure I am not the first, but to state "we do not ship to p.o box" disclaimer that should be there might lose a some business, so instead they just let you think you can only to inform you days later your order must be changed! This is a common poor business practice by such companies. Something that can cost others ordering a great deal of time and expense!!!!

Additionally, when I brought this up to customer service they had no response. I asked if they would rush the order due to the fact that they knowingly exclude this from their website, costing me valuable time and money. They said no and that was that.

Very poor business practice!!!
