Read carefully
I’m just your typical guy with some experience working on cars, but when I had a check engine light appear on my 2005 Nissan Altima, I had my mechanic friend scan it, and he told me I needed an oxygen sensor. I then ordered one from this website. After not getting a confirmation email after a few days I called them and they dug a little and found the order, which was comforting because my card had already been charged. When it did arrive, my friend told me I had gotten the wrong one. I had him order the correct one. I then went about trying to return the one I had bought, and was prompted to sign in. The site didn’t recognize my password. So I tried the forgot password prompting, and it said I would receive it in my email. After trying this a few times with no success, I called and the lady I talked to informed me that they don’t take back “electrical parts”. I really never thought to read through all the fine print when I ordered. I told her this was an expensive lesson to learn, and she hung up on me! Well, I know where I am not doing business with in the future
