Wrong and missing parts
I have an issue with my order. When I first received my order after waiting 9 days my box looked like it had been ran over a few times. I did include the picture I took. Then when I opened the box it had 6 boxes but 2 were empty. I called and talked to Karen or Kathy was her name. Was somewhat rude, and told me she can reorder but not give me expedited shipping . So she wanting me to wait 9 more days. She gave me the option to get my money back and go purchase. Now, I have to waste gas money go to a store something I was trying to avoid why I ordered online. Then I get the refund and she did not refund my shipping cost. So I had to pay for shipping for items I did not receive. Then when I go to put the other four on one of my cars, only 1 would fit. I had to call back again. This time the response was to mail back what I have and reorder. Meaning I would have to wait at least 9 more days. I have my car and 2 children in college with cars and it is raining and snow season. This has been the worst experience I ever had with ordering online parts. The company will not even make up for its mistakes and I had to pay for them. I have spent $35 on your website and 15$ at Walmart to replace the parts that was mess up by your company. I still have 1 car I need to try and just pray and hope they fit or I will be out of $10 more dollars.
