I ordered several parts on a Monday evening. The parts were all listed as being in stock. The website advertises that parts ordered by noon EST will be shipped the same day. No problem - I figured my parts would be shipped on Tuesday. The next Monday rolls around, and still no tracking number, so I called and spoke with Joe. He told me the parts had to come from all over (what does "in stock" mean?) and they would be shipped today. I told him I needed the parts by Thursday at the latest, and he promised me I would have them then. I told him I would need to change the shipping method (FedEx ground) if they weren't going to arrive by Thursday, and to please let me know if that was going to be the case.
I just opened my email to find a FedEx tracking number and followed it to discover that my parts are going to be delivered some time on SATURDAY. I'm supposed to be leaving on a trip Monday morning. All Joe had to do was call me back as I had asked and I would have paid for 2nd day air.

I won't be buying from discountautoparts.com again.
