AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care has great customer service. I took my car in to get a transmission diagnostic there. Then, I found out that it wasn't the transmission. I had heard rattling when I hit the gas pedal. I was thinking that it was the transmission, and they told me that it wasn't the transmission but a catalytic pipe which made me feel much better. I'd much rather have a $200 problem than a $5,000 problem! Everyone at AAMCO was polite and professional. Mike and I were talking for a long time. He was a really nice guy. I would recommend people go there and I would use them in the future if I had a problem with my transmission.
