Billy, the service manager at AAMCO Transmissions was able to remotely diagnose the problem with my daughter's car in Atlanta over the phone. We thought it was a transmission problem but it turned out to be a brake caliper issue. He did a wonderful job communicating with us and assessing the problem. Extremely responsive guy.
