Extremely pleased with the customer service.

I called AAMCO Transmissions when my daughter was experiencing transmission problems on her way to a flight. I talked to Mike and they picked up the car at the airport. After a test drive and running through some diagnostics they honestly couldn't find anything wrong with it so there was no charge for the service. My daughter picked up the car and has not have any problems with it since.

As a parent with a child about to leave for college I felt for you being in San Diego with a daughter passing through Charlotte and having what she thought was a transmission problem. I am happy things worked out as they did for you, because it gave us an opportunity to demonstrate to you our commitment to only doing what is necessary to remedy a problem, and when we don't find a problem to say so.
