I called to book an appointment with Florida Garage Door Company and they called before coming, showed up when they said they would, and very promptly did what they were supposed to. In, out and done. The technician, who commented on how good a door I have, adjusted springs and rollers and put a new weather seal on the bottom of the garage door.
