He bought and repaired a home in Fayetteville that was damaged heavily in a tornado. Sat with major damage for months until he patched it together. Pulled NO permits for any work done. Sold this house and within a year there was leaking, major water damage and mold. House is now unlivable.
None of the damage was reported to the unsuspecting buyer. Because no permits were pulled, there was no warnings for them to see when they checked before purchasing.
This company is completely dishonest.
