These people are incompetent, they have been managing this development for 26 years. They spend more on stationery to send nasty letters than they do helping this community. You feel constantly threatened. Received a letter today telling me I have to fix the public sidewalk in front of my house that they cracked with their lawnmower equipment. You cannot reach anyone and no one calls you back. They need to take care of their own sidewalks and not threaten homeowners. Another one for Help Me Howard!
