They have the worst customer service, everyone in there has a horrible attitude and could care less about actually helping people. The association application process is excruciatingly long and made way harder than it needs to be , and the woman who "helps with this process , Sasha, is rude and again has no desire to help. Some people should not work in customer service and she is definitely one of them. "No" is the only word in her vocabulary. Even when we asked to speak to someone who could actually help us in some way, she got on the phone with them in front of us and basically told the lady in her own words that she can't help us with anything and there's no point in her seeing us, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. Anyways, I hate putting people's names out there but today was absolutely outrageous.
