We live in Welleby Shores in Sunrise and in early November of 2023 we woke up to our bedroom walls so soft our hand went through and touched the concrete wall this was all on a Saturday. We call water remediation company they came and we had to clear out our bedroom so they can bring in the dehumidifiers and fans to dry the walls. They discovered the cracks on the outside that was letting moisture seep through. We contacted our property manager at Miami Managment and made them aware of the situation. On December 5th I reached out again because we have not heard anything from them. They asked us to call our insurance to handle the matter. Our insurance denied this claim because this was Miami Management's responsibility to cover this due to their neglect of the building.
It's now been 7 months we have tested positive for mold and no work has been done and now they are not responding to us. I wanted to list some names of the employees we have been in contact with and they know of the situation.

The take this situation and my family's well-being as a joke and something to brush under the rug. It is horrendous how they have handled this situation especially paying $450 a month for absolutely nothing.
Please do not ask me to reach out to customer service it's been over a month since they have responded to us. If Miami Managment would like to make this right call us with a date on when repairs will be made.
