This management company is epitome of disaster and disappointment. 95% of the 5star review on Google are fake reviews written by the company. They receive kickbacks from their "vendors" that they just renew year over year, and do not adequately bid out or ask for multiple quotes, unless being confronted about it where they give a sorry excuse that only 1 company answered their bid, but in reality they just give it to their usual vendor and call it a day. They will send you a "7 day/final" notice to "fix" something without ever emailing or actually calling you about the issue. They use the same roofing company to fix multiple issues, fences, walls, beams, when that company can barely fix the roof. They do a terrible job following up or calling you back. This company needs to be investigated, just as the Hammocks association was investigated and found guilty, as they surely are benefitting from the vendors they use. They just continue to increase the HOA while the service they provide continues to depreciate. Trying to get them to actually come out and service something they are supposed to has to be met with threats to sue them or they take weeks to come fix something that can be done in 2 hours.
