The management keeps 20-30 years old staff, who have done nothing but sitting their a.. and doing nothing. They don't contribute adding value to the property. They suck the blood out of all home owners from their tiny little rented apartments.

If they've been long enough, they'd get promoted with their little minions who will take over god-awful manager position and continue the same blood sucking, waste-of-space human species on this planet earth, in the name of "property manager".

There are two kinds of useless classes in human society: one is real estate agent and the other one is Miami Management property managers.

Both got an easy license after taking some tests and become a parasite to the society.
