My bad experience with Miami Management
I rented a apartment from the owner about 7 months ago. Miami management was the association in charge. At the beginning everything went smoothly. I waited the allowed time for them to approve my request to move in. I moved in March 2013. A couple months after, I noticed some water damage forming on the ceiling, which was coming from the roof. I called the landlord and Miami Management. After about a month they told me the leak was fixed. The roofer came out, told me it was not. 4 months went by and still nothing had been done. I had been contacting Miami management during that time, was always assured something would be done and a I would receive a phone call.None of which happened. I had also emailed them countless times, and never received a response.It was the landlords responsibility, but the association allowed black fungus to form and did nothing. I had to terminate my lease due to the health hazard. I am now again trying to contact the association to have my phone number erased from the gate. Ive sent 2 emails, and have called about 3 times. Do you think that I have gotten a response? No.
I wanted to post this so people see my experience with Miami Management and form there own opinions. I would not recommend them.
