Our experience was with their technician "Sean" and with Steve (one of the owners), the technician did a terrible sloppy job - left the carpet completely saturated because he was in a hurry to get done (Saturday appt.) and didn't vacuum up enough of the water. The carpet was wet for almost 3 full days with fans and the A/C running! After complaining to the BBB, Steve promised to come back and reclean the carpet but they didn't show up on the agreed date and they wont even return any calls. Don't waste your time with these guys
