Our carpets were a disaster our pets had pee'd on them and I tried to use a rug doctor to get it out. Let's just say that screwed them up even worse. Deluxe came out and we're promptly on time and only took about 45 minutes. The rooms after the cleaning looked brand new. I was very pleased with Thier service and I highly recommend them.
