A ripoff. They got my carpets wet, but spots remained! I was told by tech " Did the best I could. " I accepted that, but once he left I found a spot that wasn't even wet. I got out my spot cleaner and scrub brush and it was GONE in 5 seconds! I decided to try spot cleaning the other spots he "did his best" on. ALL SEVEN SPOTS came out with little effort! I was very disappointed and feel its a ripoff. I think I could've done just as well or probably better renting a machine from the grocery store and doing it myself! Rather than accepting their faults and apologizing, but trying to explain away and making excuses for the incompetent job, shows tremendous arrogance. I'll never use this company again!
