Tim's Carpet Cleaning recently came out to help me with some pretty bad carpet stains. I have a new puppy that hasn't been housebroken yet and Tim was prepared and ready to get to work. He took care of the carpet, completely eliminated the smell, and actually was finished much faster than I expected. He wasn't just on time, he was early and worked very effectively and efficiently too. I didn't know what to do with the dogs while he was here and he gave me some options, which I really appreciated. He was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable as well. The carpet looks great and I was very pleased. This was my 2nd time using them and I absolutely do recommend Tim's Carpet Cleaning.
