The first time I contacted Tim was around a year ago. He came out on short notice, and gave me a reasonable price for the job I asked him to do. From there I used him at work for a couple of jobs since he did a good job at my house. When it came time for me to get my carpets done again this year I called him again, and he did a thorough job for a reasonable price.
