Tony arrived on time to replace a shower valve cartridge that was causing a leak. After driving around town to find a replacement, he replaced the cartridge only to find that the valve still leaked. Tony got approval to credit me for the cost of the valve replacement and apply it to the cost of replacing the whole valve assembly. Tony also recommended that I but the new unit myself to save a considerable amount of money. Tony returned today to replace the valve assembly and everything is working properly again. Thanks Tony.
