Our free check up of our A/C was truly free, something that we have not seen with other companies. Ken arrived with a face mask on and followed social distancing protocols. He wore shoe covers in the house and left no mess during the inspection. He took photos of the issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. He offered an optional kit for our heat pump, and it was very affordable, so he installed it during this same visit, and it immediately started to save us energy. He saved us some money using a coupon on the Frymire website we wouldn’t have known about. We were pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge of our particular A/C system.
